    Albuquerque holding ‘Summer of Non violence’ block party for kids and teens

    ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Teens and kids of all ages are invited to a block party hosted by the City of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County. The Summer of Non-Violence Block Party will feature swimming, music, skate jam, and break-dancing contests. Kids and their families can attend at Wilson Pool and Park.

    ABQ eastside animal shelter expanding operating days

    As part of the Summer of Non-Violence program, the block party is encouraging kids to stay out of trouble while school is on break. The party is happening on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
