ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A crash injured a driver around midnight on Saturday, the Albuquerque Police Department (APD) stated.

APD was called to McMahon and Kayenta NW after a crash was reported around 12 a.m. Witnesses said a pickup was ‘overtaking others’ and entering ‘opposing’ traffic lanes. While it was heading east, the pickup lost control. It crossed a median and rolled multiple times.

Authorities think high speed and reckless driving were factors in the crash, but they are investigating.
