Backpacks, school supplies and more at Cruzin’ into the School Year event

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The City of Albuquerque’s Youth and Family Services Department is helping students get the supplies they need for the upcoming school year with the “Cruzin’ into the School Year” event.

Cruzin into the School will be held at two locations on August 3 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Mesa Verde Community Center and West Mesa Community Center. Besides receiving backpacks and school supplies, kids at the event can enjoy free haircut vouchers, games, food trucks and show cars.
