A Camden woman faces a felony charge for allegedly using state computers to steal thousands of dollars while working for the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles. SLED agents arrested Julia Haley Baker, 22. She was charged with computer crime in the first degree and booked at the Kershaw County Detention Center and will be prosecuted by the Fifth Circuit Solicitor's Office.
