Four people arrested for a robbery after returning to the scene of the crime
WASHINGTON — Four people are in custody after they walked past the crime scene while officers were investigating the robbery they are accused of committing. Officers were flagged down on Tuesday at 12:30 a.m. by the victim who said he had been robbed along U Street, Northwest. The victim told police he was jumped by four people. The group then stole his stuff before running away.

Officials from the Metropolitan Police Department have announced the arrest of an individual connected with a recent burglary at a Northwest restaurant. According to a statement by MPD, the incident occurred in the pre-dawn hours of last Thursday when the suspect broke into the establishment on the 3300 block of 14th Street and made off with a cash register while his accomplice followed suit, looting additional property.

Man steals $600 from person inside Southeast DC bank, police say
WASHINGTON (7News) — D.C. police are looking for a man who allegedly stole money from a person while they were inside a bank in Southeast, D.C. in June. On June 3, a man was inside a bank in the 600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Southeast, D.C. when he saw someone taking some money out. The man allegedly snatched the money, which amounted to $600, and fled the scene in broad daylight.
