Last October hackers pilfered the records of the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department, stealing the personal information of thousands of New Mexicans. And, just last week, AT&T announced “that the call records for nearly all of its customers had been stolen by an attacker. This is an enormous breach, potentially affecting not just AT&T customers but also anyone who has called or texted someone on AT&T’s network”.
