BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) - Dozens of seniors are seeing health benefits by taking line dancing classes weekly. Oak Street Health’s Rickwood Field Center hosts line dancing classes every Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. The classes are led by Tracy Williams. She said the group of dancers are not ordinary seniors! She said many of them have lost weight, lowered their cholesterol and have seen their A1C numbers come down.
