Important Notice:Tesla Recalls more than 27,000 Cybertrucks to fix Rear-View Camera Delay

Tesla Recalls Nearly All Cybertrucks Due to Safety Concerns

Tesla has recently announced its third and fourth recalls for the Cybertruck, which debuted late last year. The latest recall affects nearly all of the approximately 12,000 units currently on the road. It addresses issues with the truck's large single windshield wiper and a piece of plastic trim located along the edge of the truck bed.

The black plastic trim is prone to detachment, potentially posing a hazard to other drivers. If this piece separates while the vehicle is in motion, it could lead to serious accidents. This problem was first identified when the trim was missing from a truck delivered to a service center, prompting an internal investigation that revealed improper installation in several cases, including those delivered to customers.

Owners are urged to take their Cybertrucks to a Tesla service center for proper installation or replacement of the trim, using specialized materials for secure attachment. Additionally, a separate recall addresses issues with the electric motor powering the windshield wiper, which could fail due to excessive electrical current.
