    Concerts in Musical Instrument Museum to welcome your first week of September

    PHOENIX, AZ -September is counting down, and the Musical Instrument Museum has upcoming concerts to welcome your first week of September. Here are the lists for you.

    • Eric and The Other Troublemakers

    These fellows are an Arizona-based group of musicians entertaining Arizona residents and beyond for over five years. You can enjoy Country, Folk, and “Singer-Songwriter” music styles crafted in their original songs, classic covers, and deep cuts featuring their two, three, and four-part harmonies.

    You can watch their performance, presented by I AM AZ MUSIC®, at the Music Theater of Musical Instrument Museum at 7 p.m., Wednesday, September 1, with a $20.00 ticket fee per person.

    • Keiko Matsui

    A pianist, composer, and humanitarian, Keiko Matsui comes with her recent masterpiece named “Echo” - co-produced with the Grammy-nominated producer Bud Harner - in February 2019. She specializes in composing music to create a backdrop of drama, tension, and sheer beauty, like Shirley Horn and Miles Davis, two well-known musicians.

    Her masterpieces will come to the Music Theater of Musical Instrument Museum on Thursday, September 2, at 7 p.m. Tickets are affordable at $45.00 per person. You may want to grab them fast, as there are only a few seats left today.

    • Hot Club of Cowtown

    Consisting of Elana James fiddling her violin, Whit Smith with his guitar, and Zack Sapunor on the bass, Hot Club of Cowtown presents a gypsy jazz style with hoedowns, traditional tunes, and Western-swing inspired music acknowledged by audiences around the world.

    Fulfill your ears with their songs at Musical Instrument Museum’s Music Theater on Friday, September 3, starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets come between $35.00 and $40.00 per person depending on seats’ position.

    In addition, you shall bring proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 result upon entering the theater. You will also be required to wear masks as all of the Musical Instrument Museum staff members do.
