SURPRISE, AZ – The city of Surprise is inviting schools, organizations, and businesses with specializations in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics, or STEAM, to the 2021 SciTech Festival on November 6, 2021.

The event has a purpose in highlighting communities developing STEAM efforts by showcasing their creations and giving a hands-on experience to the residents.

The festival takes place in the City of Surprise City Hall Courtyard, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza. Residents can attend the event at no charge and will have opportunities to get involved in robotic demonstrations and educational experiments.

Furthermore, they can also join as part of the STEAM programs to contribute to technology improvements for the city.

Those technology-related communities can vendor to the event and get free booths for presentations by registering from August 20 to September 30. The City also welcomes financial sponsorships from August 22 to September 30. They can apply for registration at the City’s web page.

In advance, the City offers three-level sponsorship, including Friend of Event, Silver, and Gold. Those sponsoring on the Friend of Event level shall donate from $100 to $499 to have their logo listed on the sponsorship banner at the event.

Silver sponsorship level comes at $500 and gives benefits of a free display table and logo placement on the sponsorship banner and program and marketing materials. $1000 donations will receive Gold level benefits, including “presented by” distinction on all program collateral, as well as receiving display table and logo placements.

The event is a part of creating cultural events and promoting services to residents. It is also a form of the City’s dedication to embody history, diversity, and the human spirit.
