WILLIAMS TWP., Pa. - A 60-year-old man whose body was recovered from the Delaware River in Williams Township, Northampton County Wednesday has been identified. Louis A. Cosenza, 60, from Easton, was using a flotation device on the Delaware River in Easton on Saturday when he entered the water for an unknown reason and did not resurface, according to the Northampton County Coroner’s Office.

NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ – Delays in supply deliveries have upended the district’s plan to complete the much-waited for and referendum-funded districtwide HVAC upgrade project this summer.
