A submerged sedan with human remains was pulled from the Allegheny River in Springdale Borough, raising questions and commanding a meticulous investigation by local authorities. While training near the 100 block of Butler Street, the Murrysville Medic One dive team stumbled upon the vehicle submerged in roughly nine feet of murky water, with about two feet of visibility. According to WTAE, the discovery was made just before noon on Sunday, with Darrick Gerano, the director of Murrysville Medic One dive team, later affirming the presence of the remains.
