The U.S. Geological Survey recorded the quake at a magnitude of 2.2, with its epicenter located east of Califon near Old Turnpike Road (County Route 517). This tremor marks the 181st aftershock following a 4.8 magnitude earthquake in April, which was the strongest in New Jersey since 1884. iCan Bike Camp teaches kids with special needs
OAKS — Approximately 36 Montgomery County children with special needs, ages 8 and up, learned to ride bikes as part of the nonprofit iCan Shine’s iCan Bike camp. With access to custom-designed adapted bike equipment, coaches and volunteers, participants attended camp at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center July 22 – July 26. By the end of the week, about 80% of the children were able to ride a two-wheel bike on their own without help.
Suspects Wanted For Shooting In Muhlenberg: Authorities
The suspects were walking on the 2400 block of Kutztown Road when a car double parked beside them around 6:45 p.m., police said in a release on July 31. After a brief interaction with the driver, one of the men took out a pistol and shot a nearby parked car, authorities said. The driver of the double-parked car sped off.
