Algood To Consider 85K Expansion To US Foods
The Algood Planning Commission will consider an 85,000 square foot expansion to the Institutional Wholesale Company main office Thursday. UCDD Deputy Director Tommy Lee said the final site plan submitted by IWC’s new parent company, US Foods, and will be up for first study at the commission meeting. Lee said the plan complies with Algood’s zoning ordinance, but an engineer still has to review the drainage plan.
