Jury convicts Flint man of 2019 double homicide
FLINT, MI – A jury has convicted a Flint man of a double homicide that took place in 2019 on Dort Highway. Reggie Lay, 40, was convicted by a jury June 26 on 12 charges including two counts of first-degree premeditated murder, two counts of assault with intent to murder, two counts of reckless driving causing death, two counts of reckless driving causing serious injury, two counts of failure to stop at the scene of accident at fault, and two counts of failure to stop at scene of accident resulting in impairment.
