Goats fight against invasive species in Whiting
STEVENS POINT, Wis. (WSAW) - A new environmental regeneration project began Wednesday in the village of Whiting. After months of planning, 53 goats arrived at the Whiting Water Treatment Plant to begin chowing away on invasive species. Over several months, the animals will clear invasive species from Whiting vegetation to allow native plants to grow.

MANAWA, Wis. (WBAY) - The city of Manawa held a celebration to commemorate 150 years since the city began at city hall on Thursday afternoon. The new Manawa historical book was showcased, along with photos and news articles for folks to look back on the city’s history.
