JONESBORO, Arkansas— The Wynne boys’ tennis team beat Paragould and Batesville Southside in matches yesterday at Allen Park in Jonesboro. Wynne beat Paragould 1-0 and Southside 4-2. Arkansas County Courthouse and rural trash schedule for Labor Day holiday

Collision closes Balboa entry gate
A vehicle collision last night left Hot Springs Village's Balboa entrance gate inoperable. HSV Property Owners' Association staff is “working diligently to restore the gate's functionality; however, the necessary parts are not anticipated to arrive until possibly Tuesday, Sept. 3. The Balboa entrance gate will remain closed until repairs are completed,” the HSVPOA said at 8:30 a.m. today, Saturday, Aug. 31 in a release.

The hospice’s new Care Coaching program is being offered at no cost to family caregivers.
