NASHVILLE, Tenn.--A new report ranking the best and worst cities for new residents to relocate finds cities to the east of Nashville are most favorable. The report, created by USA Today Homefront, ranked 20 cities on 16 metrics, including life expectancy, median income, typical rent, typical home value, and unemployment rate.
