these boards are established for one purpose in my opinion. to regulate and standardize pharmacy practitioners. all these fees, etc should always be labeled as fees, fines. they put it in miscellaneous in my opinion bc miscellaneous funds have a much larger gray area and therefore more freedom than they could have with classified funds. these boards have to adhere to rules and regulations themselves. Good for the Public Examiners Office. it appears extremely unethical.
