Severe storms bring more heavy rain to West Michigan
KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Severe thunderstorms racing across West Michigan late Monday night and early Tuesday morning created vivid lightning and dropped more heavy rain on already saturated ground. The storms first moved onto the Lake Michigan shoreline around 11 p.m. Monday and moved steadily eastward until clearing the area by 3 a.m. Tuesday.
