ALTON, Ill. – Police in Alton, Illinois, are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who’s been missing for at least two weeks.

Howard L. Williamson, 54, was reported missing on July 2, but it’s possible he’s been missing longer than that.

Williams was last seen on June 22 at 5 a.m., walking in the 1900 block of Brown Street in Alton.

Williamson was wearing a black newsboy-style hat, a light-colored short-sleeve shirt, dark pants, and carrying a cane.

Anyone with information on Williamson’s whereabouts is asked to contact Alton P.D.’s Criminal Investigation Division at 618-463-3552.
