Paying too much for gas Alturas? Analysis shows most expensive station

(ALTURAS, CA) If you’re paying more than $4.16 for gas in the Alturas area, you could be getting a better deal.

If you choose the most expensive station in the area, you could be paying as much as an extra $0.74 per gallon, according to an analysis by GasBuddy Sunday.

According to GasBuddy’s data, gas prices in the Alturas area ranged from $3.85 per gallon to $4.59, with an average price of $4.16 for regular.

As of Sunday, the most expensive gas in the Alturas area appeared to be at Chevron, at 1080 N Main St.
