Seagate Development breaks ground on expansive new Goodwill SWFL store in Estero
Seagate Development Group began construction on a new 21,800-square-foot retail facility for Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida in Estero Town Commons at the southeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Three Oaks Parkway. Goodwill officials said the new store represents an upgrade from its current location, which has become insufficient for the growing demand. About half a mile away on Corkscrew Road, the existing facility will be replaced by this larger, more versatile space. The new store, scheduled to be completed by March 2025, will include a drive-thru donation center, receiving dock and parking lot.

GATEWAY, Fla. — Neighbors along Kentwood Avenue in Gateway said a bear has been coming out of the woods and right up to their driveways. “I just saw this big black shadow.
