WINCHESTER, Ky. (WKYT) - According to court records, Rebecca Boyd is charged with 11 counts of unlawful transaction with a minor. Clark County Public Schools Superintendent Dustin Howard confirmed to WKYT that Boyd is an employee at Phoenix Academy. He would not confirm Boyd’s role at the school.
