    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 tbsp instant yeast
    • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
    • 1 cup warm water
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    Directions:

    1. Add the yeast and water to a large mixing bowl. Let the mixture foam up for five minutes.
    2. Add 1 1/2 cups of flour, the salt, and the olive oil to the water and yeast mixture.
    3. Mix well to form a dough ball.
    4. Lightly flour a clean, smooth surface.
    5. Knead the dough for about five minutes. While doing so, add the remaining 1/4 cup of flour, a little bit at a time, to prevent the dough from sticking to the surface. You should end up with a smooth, slightly sticky dough ball.
    6. Place the dough ball in an oiled bowl and roll it around to coat it in the oil (I used olive oil).
    7. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise until it has doubled in size, about 1 1/2 hours.
    8. Punch the dough and then shape it into a long loaf.
    9. Place the dough in a lined or greased 9” x 5” loaf pan.
    10. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise for another 60 minutes.
    11. Bake the bread at 350°F for about 40 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and the top is golden brown.
    12. Let the bread cool completely before cutting it into twelve slices.
    13. Dig in and enjoy!

Enjoy this simple, tasty, and fluffy homemade bread friends 🥰
