    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    • 3 tbsp chocolate chips
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp allspice
    • 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
    • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
    • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp peanut butter

    Directions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    2. Add the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and allspice to a large mixing bowl.
    3. Mix all ingredients well to combine.
    4. Make a well in the center of the bowl, then add the nut milk, canned pumpkin, pure maple syrup, and peanut butter.
    5. Mix all wet ingredients to combine, then slowly mix the wet into the dry to form a smooth donut batter.
    6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
    7. Evenly distribute the batter between six cavities of a lined or greased donut pan. I used a silicone donut pan.
    8. Pop the donuts in the oven to bake for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    9. Let the donuts cool completely before removing them from the pan.
    10. Dig in and enjoy!

Enjoy these sweet and fluffy baked chocolate chip pumpkin donuts friends 🥰
