Three people, including two minors and one adult, died while an infant was hospitalized Saturday morning in a rollover crash in Oldham County.

At about 10:34 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado was heading west on I-40 about 6.5 miles west of Adrian when the driver failed to maintain a single lane, and the vehicle left the roadway, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The pickup entered the center median and rolled over multiple times across the center median and eastbound lanes into the south ditch, where it came to a final rest. Three unsecured occupants inside the pickup - the driver and two passengers - were ejected.

Angela Aguilar, 20, and two female minors, ages 15 and 9, all from Hereford, were pronounced dead at the scene by Oldham County Justice of the Peace Kristy O’Malley.

A 5-month-old, who had been secured in a child passenger seat, was taken to Amarillo Northwest Texas Hospital, where he was treated and released.

Road conditions were dry and clear, with a posted speed limit of 75 mph. The crash remains under investigation.
