    Amarillo Crime Stoppers seek info after 16 bronze horse statues, pickup stolen from American Quarter Horse Association

    AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The Amarillo Crime Stoppers asked community members for assistance after a reported burglary of bronze horse statues from the American Quarter Horse Association.

    According to officials, Amarillo Police Department officers responded to the AQHA just after 8 a.m. on Friday after a report of a burglary. Officers found that an unknown man had allegedly forced entry into a metal building on the property and stole 16 bronze horse statues and a white 2021 Ford F-350 dually pickup.

    Officials noted that the truck should display Texas license AQHA2.

    Anyone with information on the incident or the person involved was asked to call the Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 806-374-4400 or submit a tip online or through the P3 Tips App. Officials noted that a tip leading to an arrest could earn a reward of up to $1,000.
