Top U.S. Wellness Retreat Launches Agritourism Wellness Programs

    2024-09-18

Award-winning Eupepsia Wellness Resort is thrilled to unveil its new Agritourism programs.

Building on the success of its Wellness Farm, Eupepsia combines its wellness offerings with regenerative farming principles to create a pioneering experience.

This holistic approach focuses on prevention and enhancement, offering guests a unique opportunity to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through integrative practices.

This announcement follows the Virginia-based boutique resort being named a top U.S. Wellness Retreat for 2024 and earning recognition for the sixth consecutive year in USA Today Readers' Choice Awards.

This accolade highlights Eupepsia's highly personalized approach to wellness, which offers deeply transformative benefits. Guests benefit from Eupepsia's signature programs, which uniquely combine traditional Ayurvedic practices, spa treatments, and innovative natural therapies.

These programs are tailored in real-time to meet each guest’s specific health conditions and wellness goals.

"At Eupepsia, we want to answer the wellness needs of today and tomorrow and help people rediscover a way of living where high quality, bio-individual food, adapted to the seasons, is at the heart of their wellness," said Shivani Schneider, Eupepsia Wellness Resort's co-founder.

Eupepsia’s Farm approach reflects the founders’ belief that true wellness begins with the seed and extends throughout the entire process.

From selecting non-GMO seeds and cultivating them in chemical-free, nutrient-rich soil to using the resulting healthy crops to create nourishing, plant-based farm-to-table meals, every step is designed to enhance well-being.

To extend the benefits of its Wellness Farm, Eupepsia has launched a new campaign titled "The Taste of Wellness with the Goodness of Nature," in collaboration with Bland County. This campaign will focus on offering immersive agritourism experiences and hands-on educational programs at the Farm.

Visitors will engage with the farm’s activities, including tending to cows, goats, sheep, chickens, and bees, and enjoy sampling pure, grade A milk and cheeses from A2/A2 grass-fed cows at the micro-dairy.

"We invite guests to reconnect with nature and the land, through different hiking and farming experiences, which will bring more joy into their daily lives. Regenerative wellness starts with planting and growing clean seeds, yet it doesn't stop there. It's also about taking care of the land, which will in turn bring more awareness on how to take care of ourselves," explains Schneider. "And since the food we consume forms our tissues and vital energy, it's important to ensure that it's pure and healthy, while making it also balancing and nourishing," she added.

They’ll also savor homemade bread and baked goods made from Einkorn wheat at the bakery and explore greenhouses with over 50 aeroponic towers that efficiently produce a variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs using sustainable methods.
