    Grand Brasserie has opened in Vanderbilt Hall at Grand Central Terminal, offering a classic French brasserie experience in a historic New York setting.

    With a capacity of 400 seats, the restaurant aims to be a key player in the city's dining scene, combining New York's spirit with the elegance of Parisian cuisine.

    Designed by the Rockwell Group, it honors the hall's architectural heritage while creating a modern and inviting atmosphere.

    Chef Thivet's menu at Grand Brasserie showcases classic French brasserie dishes crafted with the finest ingredients, available from brunch to dinner.

    Brunch runs from 5:30 AM to 3 PM, featuring highlights like Lobster Omelette with smoked char roe beurre blanc, Smoked Salmon Tower with bagels and cream cheese, and housemade Viennoiserie pastries. The brunch menu also includes savory options such as salads, sandwiches, and entrées.

    The dinner menu, served from 3 PM to 2 AM, offers a variety of dishes, starting with hors d'oeuvres like Foie Gras Mousse and Shrimp Cocktail. For larger plates, guests can enjoy options like Salade Lyonnaise, Cheeseburger Américain, and Moules Frites, with various cuts of steak and sauces available.

    The dessert selection includes indulgent treats like Profiteroles and Baba Au Rhum, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
