    Discover the Exquisite Flavors Coming to Houston — A Fine-Dining Gem Unveiled at River Oaks

    HFA Architecture + Engineering is working with Fielding's Hospitality Group to create a fine-dining experience on Westheimer Road in Houston's River Oaks neighborhood.

    This fall, new culinary offerings by CEO Cary Attar and executive chef Edelberto Goncalves will debut in spaces designed by HFA, according to Steven Baker, the lead of HFA's hospitality group.

    "This project is a great example of what hospitality design can bring to fine-dining restaurants intent on wowing their guests," Baker said. "It's all about putting yourself in your patrons' shoes and crafting the best-possible experience for them, in close collaboration with a creative and engaged client."

    The new restaurant is currently being built on the ground floor of Crescent Communities' Novel River Oaks luxury apartment development, located at the intersection of Willowick and Westheimer. The project is led by Steven Baker, with Vice President of Hospitality + Entertainment Nicole Poole and hospitality designer Egle Gornick responsible for the initial schematic and interior design.

    According to an HFA case study, Fielding's River Oaks will feature a diverse menu that includes handmade Italian pastas, fresh Gulf seafood, and wood-fired steaks from the renowned Black Angus beef producer 44 Farms. The restaurant will also offer a selection of award-winning wines from Napa Valley to Bordeaux and a variety of expertly crafted cocktails.
