Electric Mustang & Bronco Bikes: Thrilling Style and Performance

Ford Motor Company has introduced a new line of electric bikes, expanding on the themes of its iconic Mustang cars and Bronco SUVs. These e-bikes combine style and power inspired by Ford's legendary vehicles.

Starting at $4,000, the Mustang e-bike is designed to capture the thrill associated with the Mustang brand.

The Bronco-inspired e-bike, priced at $4,500, offers a rugged look and feel reminiscent of the Bronco SUV. "We understand the excitement that comes with driving a Bronco or a Mustang," said Tyler Hill, Ford's global brand licensing manager. "These new e-bikes will let even more people experience the adventurous spirit of the Bronco and the exhilarating performance of the Mustang from the moment they grip the handlebars."

Both models boast a range of up to 60 miles on a full charge, with an average charging time of 3.5 hours. However, Ford notes that actual charging times can vary based on factors like battery condition and maintenance.

Each bike features a full-color LCD display that shows speed, battery life, and range, reflecting the design aesthetics of the respective vehicles.

The e-bikes are powered by 750W Hub-Mounted Motors, delivering 85 Nm of torque and a top assist speed of 28 mph. In honor of the Mustang's 60th anniversary, Ford has also released a special edition Mustang e-bike.

Customers can choose from ten colors for the Mustang model, with an additional cost of $390 for colors beyond the standard gray.

The Bronco e-bike is designed with a dual suspension system and Ford’s "G.O.A.T." (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) feature, catering to those who love adventure.

Ford collaborated with N+, an electric bike company known for its focus on utilitarian commuting solutions and partnerships with brands like Mercedes-AMG and McLaren F1, to bring these e-bikes to market.

The new electric bikes are available for purchase now, with deliveries scheduled to begin later this year.
