“He Literally Set Himself on Fire”: Kelly Osbourne Speaks Out on Partner Sid Wilson’s Burns Accident

While gaining fame thanks to his time with Slipknot, Sid Wilson also gained a reputation for caring little about his health. During his early years with the bad, the musician found a love for throwing himself from the stage. Given the dangers that come with such an act, Wilson once broke both his heels. And while taking a serious approach to his health over time, he recently found himself back at the hospital when he had a dangerous altercation with some fire. Although sharing an update with fans, Kelly Osbourne broke her silence to discuss Wilson’s farm accident.

Over the weekend, Wilson posted a video on his Instagram page that showed himself in the hospital. With burns on his hands and face, the musician promised fans he was okay. He added, “I just want to take a second to say thank you to everyone who’s been sending well wishes to Sid. He’s doing so much better. In fact, we are on the way to go pick him up from the hospital right now.”

Not finding the humor in the accident that happened due to a burn pile, Osbourne shared a quick message on her Instagram stories, insisting, “This is why you don’t f**k with burn piles. He literally set himself on fire and exploded everything.”

After sharing a few videos about his treatment at the hospital, Wilson posted a picture of his face, which had more than a few burns. He wrote, “On my way home.” Already on his road to recovery, fans rallied around the musician, writing, “I hope your pain level is way down and you slept good dude – have an amazing weekend.” Another person added, “So glad to see your going home in one piece. Rest easy and stay away from the lighters and matches!!”

As for Slipknot, they shared a message about Wilson burning himself. With some fans wanting to know what the accident meant for the band, Slipknot shared, “Our brother Sid Wilson was in an accident today and sustained burns across his body. He’s recovering with his family and will still join us on stage at rocklahoma next weekend. He thanks everyone for the well wishes, and will see you all soon.”
