Colo-Nesco's Preston Voelker is the Ames Tribune's first Student of the Week for the 2024-25 school year.

The Story County high school student received 86% of the 421 votes, beating fellow nominees Ava Pasquariello of Collins-Maxwell and Nicole Reyes of Nevada.
