    Herrell’s Ice Cream coming to pop-up location in Amherst

    AMHERST, Mass. (WWLP) – Herrell’s Ice Cream is opening a second location in Amherst as a pop-up in a couple of weeks.

    The ice cream shop will be located in the Mill District in North Amherst at the former Graze Craze space temporarily. They hope to later have a permanent location there.

    “We are thrilled about opening a pop-up location in The Mill District’s, North Square in North Amherst because it has the mix of restaurant and retail, we were looking for to expand,” said Herrell’s owner Judy Herrell. “We expect it to be a delicious place to eat ice cream & frozen desserts of all kinds. Plus, a cool place to work and shop for all: puns Intended. Keep your eye and taste buds sharp, because Herrell’s will open in a couple of weeks. See you there!”

    Herrell’s was founded in 1980 and boasts over 400 kosher flavors, unique artisan ice cream, and dairy-free frozen desserts in Northampton.
