Participants will have the opportunity to develop new relationships, enhance their skills, and learn effective strategies to assist in their career transitions. Each biweekly meeting will cover a different topic, allowing job seekers to attend any or all of the sessions and join at any time throughout the series.

This program is part of a larger initiative involving more than 50 public libraries across Massachusetts, all working together to support individuals over fifty who are seeking new job opportunities, career changes, or second-act careers. The meetings are facilitated by Deborah Hope, MBA, PCIC, and experienced executive career coach.

Hope brings a wealth of experience as a former Fortune 500 executive, investment banker, and entrepreneur. She has been facilitating 50+ job seekers’ networking groups since 2016 and has extensive experience coaching with Harvard Business School Executive Education programs and the Massachusetts Conference for Women.

The participation of the Jones Library in this initiative is made possible by the Friends of the Jones Libraries. Those interested in joining the 50+ Job Seekers Networking Group can find more information about the meeting topics and register on their website.
