    24-year-old leaves NYC for Louisiana dairy in Amite

    AMITE, La. ( WGNO ) — Working with his dad Darrell was never the way 24-year-old Miles Sinagra planned to make a living.

    But here he is. On the Fourth of July. And now every day at the Sinagra Family Dairy in Amite.

    It’s the family business for Sinagra. And WGNO Good Morning New Orleans features reporter Bill Wood says it’s the reason Sinagra came home from New York City.

    Sinagra went to college in New York City. And he was working there at a think tank.

    His greatest thought there, turns out, was coming home here.
