Huge Black Bear Spotted Looking for Food in Louisiana
Black bears are running rampant in Louisiana and another huge bear has been spotted in south Louisiana. In the social media group Louisiana Black Bear Report, Randy Bergeron posted photos of a huge black bear near a deer feeder, and by the looks of it, this bear has been eating well near Palmetto, Louisiana.

Thibodaux Police investigating Sunday night shooting at bar
The Thibodaux Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place at a bar on the 400 block of Gerald T. Peltier Drive on Sunday night. Police Chief Bryan Zeringue said that at approximately 10:15 p.m. on Sunday, authorities were called to the above location to investigate a call of a shooting. Detectives have learned that two subjects were shot during the incident. The incident remains under investigation and more information will be released as the investigation continues. The victims were taken to a local hospital and their condition was unknown as-of early Monday morning.
