Dallas police searching for teen who allegedly shot two men in Pleasant Grove

Dallas authorities are looking for a teenager who is a suspect in a shooting that took place on Friday night.

The suspect was not identified due to his age.

A 16-year-old suspect is on the run after two men were fatally shot in Pleasant Grove, in Dallas.

Officers responded to a call concerning the shooting on Friday at about 9:30 p.m. The incident took place between Military Parkway and Scyene, in the 3300 block of Cedar Lake Drive, in the Pleasant Grove area.

Crews located two men who were wounded, based on official reports. Alejandro Ramirez, 35, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The second man, identified as Adriel Ramirez, 39, was transported to a hospital by Dallas Fire-Rescue. The man died once he got to the medical facility.

Police have stated that the early investigation pointed to an argument between the suspect and the two men. The suspect allegedly shot both of them.

Detectives did not reveal what led them to the teen suspect, but authorities issued an arrest warrant. At this time, the suspect has not been identified because of his age.

No further information was available about the deadly shooting, but the investigation will continue.
