Three men were taken into custody after a deadly shooting that took place in Oak Cliff, as reported by the Dallas police. 40-year-old Estevan Narvaez Jr. lost his life in the incident.

The shooting happened in an illegal gambling spot in Oak Cliff, and each of the three men is facing a charge of capital murder, according to Dallas police.

They were taken into custody for fatally shooting  40-year-old Estevan Narvaez Jr. and injuring another man, as the authorities stated.

42-year-old Eddie Coleman, 20-year-old Derrick Griffin, and 58-year-old Vincent Casteel have been booked into the Dallas County jail. It's not clear for now if any of the men has an attorney.

Officers responded to a shooting call in the 300 block of East Ledbetter Drive, close to Rocky Ridge Road. Once they got to the location, crews found the two men shot inside the illegal gambling site.

Narvaez was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other man was immediately transported to a local hospital. He was reportedly in a stable condition.

Dallas police stated that two people walked inside the location while others were gambling. They demanded property and shot Narvaez before leaving the scene.

Griffin and Casteel have had their bail set at $2 million each, while Coleman's bail is $2.5 million. There are also robbery charges and probation violations on record for them.
