Wildfires in Riverside County burning homes, triggering evacuation warnings
Multiple brush fires broke out in the Inland Empire on Sunday, charring hundreds of acres, triggering some evacuation orders and burning several homes.The fires were burning in Riverside, in the Corona area, and in the San Bernardino National Forest.At least three homes were burning in Riverside as seen in aerial coverage by AIR7. Fire officials said four other structures were damaged by flames. Abused German Shepherd Argon rehabilitates in Orange County
The abused and abandoned German Shepherd Argon, found in Malibu Canyon over the July 4 weekend with his muzzle and neck zip-tied, arrived in Orange County on Wednesday, July 10 for treatment and tenderness. Local animal rescue group German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County (GCROC) located in Newport Beach, took Argon under their wing to provide veterinary care and emotional healing. Argon is currently recovering at Saddleback Animal Hospital in Tustin, while undergoing additional testing to determine the best course of treatment.
