all these people were offered shelter and help. but most refused it. that there says alot. they dont want to be better. homelessness is a lifestyle. and alot if people choose it. not saying all homeless people do. but majority seem to. because the majority refused the help. so we need to stop glorifying homelessness. make it harder to choice this lifestyle. the council has turned ANC into a homeless utopia. things need to change. starting at the top.

Doesn't fix anything. they just move. rising cost of living, drug and alcohol abuse, education budget being the 7th highest cost per student with the 5th lowest scores. cop focusing less on real issues. its an entire breakdown from the top culminating in a homeless dystopia.
