Lorang-Louis Holms, 29, Kewanee, was arrested for a Grundy County warrant for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license following a report to check business in the 200 block of West Third Street. She was given a notice to appear. Charles L. Holms, 30, Kewanee, was arrested for a Henry County warrant for failure to appear for aggravated domestic battery and resisting. He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
