Spectrum users in the Triad have reported a widespread outage of their internet services. Representatives said the issue is affecting cities across North Carolina. Spectrum said the outage was caused by a third-party damaging their fiber. The representative couldn't specify what exactly happened or when it will, approximately, be resolved.
