The Mirror reports that Prince William and Princess Kate are involved in a shake-up of their staff.

Specifically, the royal couple has hired a new staff member who will serve as director of their charity, The Prince and Princess of Wales's Royal Foundation.

The new hire is Sir David Lewis, former boss of the Tesco grocery chain. He was appointed on June 20.

Sir David's role will be important as William and Kate are still focused on their charity and several projects are in the pipeline.

Moreover, the hiring of the new director indicates that William and Kate are still busy behind the scenes despite Kate's cancer diagnosis.
