Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, has her own opinions about Meghan Markle.

However, the UK's The Mirror recalls the moment that Sarah met Meghan for the very first time. This was during the early stages of Prince Harry and Meghan's relationship.

The incident was revealed in Prince Harry's book, Spare.

Meghan had gone to visit Sarah and Prince Andrew at their residence, the Royal Lodge.

According to Harry, Sarah asked Meghan if she knew how to curtsy soon after meeting her, "Do you know how to curtsy?"

When Meghan shook her head, Sarah gave her a lesson on curtsying.

Meghan got on well with Sarah but did not stay long in the royal family to build a relationship with her.
