Security expert issues warning to Prince Harry and Meghan due to location of their next visit

A former royal protection officer with the UK's Metropolitan Police has issued a warning to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle about their next trip.

Harry and Meghan have reportedly been issued an invitation by the Vice President of Colombia to visit the country.

However, security expert Simon Morgan has issued a warning to the couple. He had this to say about the couple visiting Colombia,

"They're in good standing because they've been invited by the (Colombian) government. There would be damage to their international reputation if something happened.

"They will put in as much mitigation (against security risks) as they can in a layered security process: vetting people in areas the Sussexes will visit, providing armoured cars I would imagine to be a definite.

"They would also consider security from the air as well."
