Prince Harry issued a blunt response when asked to give up his royal title

The UK's Daily Express recalls a comment made by Prince Harry when he was asked about his royal title in an interview in 2020.

In the interview hosted by CNN's Anderson Cooper, Harry was asked why he and wife, Meghan Markle had not given up their titles after exiting the UK.

Harry's response was short and to the point. He said,

And what difference would that make?"

In the interview, Harry also revealed why he chose to expose the conversations he had with his father and brother.

This was Harry's explanation,

"And every single time I've tried to do it privately there have been briefings and leakings and planting of stories against me and my wife. You know, the family motto is 'never complain, never explain'. But it's just a motto. And it doesn't really hold."
