Kingston lawmakers to vote on sale of city-owned property in August
KINGSTON, N.Y. — The City’s Common Council is set to complete the sale of a city-owned property at 168 Fairview Ave. to a private individual. The Common Council’s Finance and Audit Committee unanimously approved the sale of the property for $85,000 to Hernan Mera on Wednesday, July 10, clearing the way for the full council to vote on the sale in August.
