Migrant Buses Arrive to NY Port Authority Despite Mayor's Executive Order

    2023-12-29

More buses arrived early on Friday morning, less than 48 hours after Mayor Adams issued an emergency executive order regulating the number of buses that transport migrants into New York City.

Adams' injunction went into force overnight, yet six buses filled with asylum seekers arrived at the Port Authority Bus Terminal during that time.

That order states that buses are only permitted to enter on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and noon if they give the city 32 hours' notice in advance.

If the order is broken, there might be a class B misdemeanor, fines, legal action, and potentially the impoundment of buses.

Port Authority officers took no action against the buses.

The mayor's office said in the future, police "will be monitoring the loading zone outside of the specified hours and gathering evidence against these companies to potentially fine them and impound buses."

Whoever sent them should be fined and sent back cause us New Yorkers don't want them here because they are stealing, begging and basically are a bunch of free loaders taking everything from us true legal citizens struggling along with our Mayor who has too go as well
